when the time is right the governor will announce her retirement and then Roger will step into view within a week of notice and proclaim a day of prediction for our governor to be President. and this will involve every citizen in the tropic desert to vote on propositions to reverent nature and trust accordingly to our Heaven on earth and the next Heaven to come towards this new economic nation to come.
